1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Lineup Legends platform at lineup-legends.live (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered participants (“Athletes”), contest voters (“Fans”), and any other users of the Platform.
2. Who We Are
Lineup Legends is operated by Lineup Legends LLC, a limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

3. Description of Service
Lineup Legends is an online platform that hosts fan-voted action sports contests. The Platform allows:
- Athletes to register for contests, submit profile information, and compete in heats
- Fans to watch heat videos and cast votes to determine heat winners
- Administrators to manage events, divisions, heats, and results
The Platform does not guarantee any prize, income, or competitive outcome to any participant.
4. Eligibility
To vote (Fan): You must be at least 13 years of age. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
To compete (Athlete): You must be at least 18 years of age, or have written parental/guardian consent if between the ages of 13–17. You must complete the registration process and pay any applicable registration fees for the relevant contest.
Geographic restrictions: The Platform is available worldwide except where prohibited by local law. Certain contest prizes may have additional geographic restrictions as specified in the applicable Official Contest Rules.
5. Athlete Registration
5.1 Athletes must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
5.2 Athletes are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
5.3 Registration fees, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the contest is cancelled by the Company. All fees are stated clearly at the time of registration.
5.4 The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Athlete who provides false or misleading registration information.
5.5 By registering, Athletes grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their name, likeness, and submitted materials (including heat videos) for promotional and operational purposes related to the Platform and associated contests.
6. Voting Rules
6.1 Each Fan is permitted one (1) vote per heat. The Company uses technical measures to enforce this limit.
6.2 Votes are cast head-to-head to determine which Athlete advances in a bracket. The Athlete with the most votes at the close of the voting window advances.
6.3 Voting is free. No purchase is necessary to vote.
6.4 Automated voting, use of bots, scripts, or any other method to cast votes in excess of the one-vote limit is strictly prohibited and will result in vote invalidation and account termination.
6.5 The Company reserves the right to invalidate votes that it determines, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
6.6 Voting results are final once a heat is closed. The Company will not reopen or reverse completed heats except in cases of verified technical error at the Company’s sole discretion.
7. Heat Videos and Content
7.1 Heat videos are posted by contest administrators and may include footage of Athletes competing. By registering for a contest, Athletes consent to the recording, editing, and publication of their competition footage on the Platform and associated social media channels.
7.2 Users may not download, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from the Company.
7.3 The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to video content and is not liable for buffering, quality issues, or unavailability of heat videos.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to manipulate contest outcomes through fraud, vote stuffing, or collusion
- Harass, threaten, or harm any Athlete, Fan, or Company employee
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive data
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Platform without written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its back-end systems
Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 The Lineup Legends name, logo, tagline (“The Fans Decide”), website design, and all original content on the Platform are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Athletes retain ownership of their personal image and likeness but grant the Company a license as described in Section 5.5.
9.3 Sponsors retain ownership of their own marks and logos. Sponsor marks are used on the Platform pursuant to written sponsor agreements.
10. Third-Party Services
The Platform may use or link to third-party services including but not limited to:
- Stripe — payment processing (subject to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy)
- Vimeo / YouTube — video hosting
- Netlify — website hosting
- Neon — database services
- Google Fonts — typography
The Company is not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party service.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its members, managers, employees, agents, and sponsors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or personal injury, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. The Company’s total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
14. Contest Prizes
14.1 Prizes for individual contests are described in the applicable Official Contest Rules for that event.
14.2 All prizes are awarded at the Company’s or sponsor’s discretion as described in the applicable Official Contest Rules.
14.3 Prize recipients are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
14.4 Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated in the Official Contest Rules.
15. Modifications to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at the Company’s sole discretion.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable state law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under applicable rules. Class action waiver: you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
