1. Sponsor
This contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by:

2. Contest Period
The Contest begins and ends on the dates specified on the event page at lineup-legends.live/events. The Sponsors’ computers are the official timekeeping devices for this Contest.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Fan Voters
Voting is open to anyone 13 years of age or older at the time of voting. No purchase, payment, or registration is required to vote. Employees of Lineup Legends LLC, Capitan Keno’s, and their respective immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members are ineligible to vote.
3.2 Competing Athletes
To compete, an individual must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at time of registration (or 13–17 with signed parental consent)
- Complete the online registration form at lineup-legends.live by the registration deadline
- Pay the applicable registration fee (see Section 4)
- Submit all required information accurately and completely
- Be available to compete on the scheduled contest date(s)
- Sign and return the Athlete Release and Waiver Form prior to competition
Employees of Lineup Legends LLC and Capitan Keno’s are ineligible to compete for prizes.
4. Registration Fees
Registration fees are displayed at the time of registration and are non-refundable after the refund cutoff date, except in the event of Contest cancellation by the Sponsors. Current fee amounts are published on the event registration page.

5. How the Contest Works
5.1 Heat Format
Athletes are placed into heats via randomized bracket draw. Each heat consists of two Athletes competing head-to-head with one video clip each.
5.2 Video Submission
Each Athlete submits one (1) video clip per round, filmed at the designated contest location during the official filming window. Clips must be submitted by the upload deadline. Missing the deadline results in automatic elimination.
5.3 Voting
- Each registered visitor may cast one (1) vote per heat
- Fans watch both clips side-by-side and pick the winner — no scoring
- Voting opens when heat footage is published and closes at the time specified on the Platform
- Automated, bulk, or fraudulent voting is prohibited and will result in vote disqualification
- The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify votes they determine to be fraudulent
5.4 Advancement
The Athlete in each heat who receives the most valid fan votes by the close of the voting window advances to the next round. In the event of a tie, the Sponsors will extend the voting window by 24 hours. If still tied, a panel of judges will determine the winner.
5.5 Finals
The Contest concludes with a final heat between the last remaining Athletes in each division. The Athlete with the most votes in the final heat is declared the Division Champion.
6. Prizes
Prizes are provided by Capitan Keno’s and/or Lineup Legends LLC. Prize details including approximate retail values are published on the event page prior to the start of each contest. Prize details are subject to change. No cash alternative or prize substitution is available except at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable.

Division Champions receive a merchandise bundle from Capitan Keno’s. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) and full prize description published at event launch.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Athletes registered in each division and the outcome of fan voting. Odds are not predetermined.
8. Prize Notification and Fulfillment
8.1 Division Champions will be announced publicly on the Platform and via the Lineup Legends social media channels at the conclusion of each division’s final heat.
8.2 Prize recipients will be contacted via the email address provided at registration within 5 business days of the final heat.
8.3 Prize recipients must respond to prize notification within 7 days. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
8.4 Prizes will be fulfilled within 30 days of prize acceptance.
8.5 Prize recipients may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release as a condition of prize fulfillment.
9. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize recipient. Prize recipients with prizes valued at $600 or more may receive an IRS Form 1099. By accepting a prize, you consent to the use of your name for tax reporting purposes.
10. General Conditions
10.1 The Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time for any reason, including but not limited to force majeure events (fire, flood, natural disaster, pandemic, government order), technical failures, or fraud.
10.2 The Sponsors are not responsible for: late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete registrations; technical malfunctions; unauthorized human intervention; or any other error.
10.3 By participating (as Athlete or Voter), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
10.4 By competing as an Athlete, you grant the Sponsors permission to use your name, likeness, photograph, and video footage for promotional purposes related to the Contest and the Platform, without additional compensation.
10.5 The Sponsors are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Contest or acceptance of a prize.
11. Disputes
All disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose.
12. Winner List
A list of Contest winners will be posted at lineup-legends.live/rules within 30 days following the conclusion of the Contest and will remain available for 90 days.
